Reschedule a booking

This article describes how to reschedule a confirmed or accepted booking

  1. Open the booking confirmation page. The link is in the email/SMS inbox.

  2. Click the “Reschedule” button.

  3. Choose a new date & time.

  4. Click the “Reschedule” button to confirm the new date & time.

  5. A cancelation of the previous booking and confirmation of the new booking will be sent via email/SMS.
