Reschedule a booking
This article describes how to reschedule a confirmed or accepted booking

Open the booking confirmation page. The link is in the email/SMS inbox.

Click the “Reschedule” button.

Choose a new date & time.

Click the “Reschedule” button to confirm the new date & time.

A cancelation of the previous booking and confirmation of the new booking will be sent via email/SMS.
